The 10th Annual Camano Island Studio Tour
5/09/2008 - 5/11/2008
Camano Island and Stanwood, WA

The Studio Tour for 2008 will be the tenth annual event and our sixth year on the Tour. We really hope you can come and visit Camano Island Pottery. You can see the studio where the work is made and visit with Opal and me.
This year the Tour offers 32 studios and galleries and more that 58 participating artists. Camano Island is truly an art mecca. It is a wonderful way to spend a weekend. There are great restaurants and B & B's in the area to enhance your experience.
If you haven't received a Tour brochure in the mail by the end of April, you can pick them up at most shops in Stanwood and Camano Island. Or email me with your address and we'll get the information out to you.
Hours are 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday and Saturday and 10 AM to 5 PM on Sunday.
There is also a great website: www.camanoarts.org
See you Mother's Day weekend.

The Art of Quilts and Clay
11/10/2007 - 11/11/2007
Glendale , CA

We had a wonderful time in Southern California. The weather cooperated and allowed our show to be outside in a beautiful patio under a large tree with water sounds from the fountain.
Many guests, friends, and family came to visit, socialize and enjoy the art.
Armando Gonzalez and Brenda Berg were gracious hosts providing not only their wonderful home and patio, but delicious food and beverage. They helped make the event as much a party as an art show.
And it must have been successful for Opal and I, as we drove down with a van full and came back with it empty.
We may do it again in 2008. Stay tuned.
